April Reed

How incredible are these April Reed cakes? I noticed one of her cakes on Green Wedding Shoes this morning and I just about died. So simple and stunning. I'm usually anti-fondant but I just can't get over how gorgeous these are. I bet it wouldn't be too difficult to recreate the look on a plain cake by just adding your favorite flowers.
