Haute Tulle

I wish I could pull this off. She looks hot. I would look like a hot mess. Maybe on top of the head, Audrey-style? I'm going to buy myself the gift of tulle and play around.

A Quick Change

I got a bit of grief when I mentioned slipping into something shorter for the dance portion of the evening. I'm still all about costume changes since I spent less than a hundred dollars on my dress BUT I also love the quick change made by this bride. She went from a pretty half-updo and veil during the ceremony -

to sexy curls and a rockin' pearl necklace (which she made).

Maki Maki Mini

I am all about the itty bitty vintage mini as wedding dress. If this dress weren't so mini I would rock it any day. Love the giant hat too.

An Urban Wedding

I have been on the lookout for a little white boho dress (under $200) for easier mobility while dancing.* Finally this morning it dawned on me - Urban Outfitters.

I love the first dress but I might have to wait for the sale.

*And, yes, I am PRO dress change no matter who it bugs. My minor was costume design so I'm big into costume changes. I would wear a different dress for every portion of the day if I could! And who says I'm only wearing this dress once? Who made up that dumbass rule?

Fleur Wood

The dresses from the Fleur Wood Summer Collection would really compliment a dreamy, late summer, evening wedding, don't you think? I would feel so relaxed and luxurious in the flowing layers of white silk and cotton.

And I love her philosophy: "'Every item in our collections is a little piece of luxury,' explains Fleur Wood. Customers can feel better knowing that all garments are ethically manufactured, no animal products are used, and a percentage of company profits goes to charities in India."

Celeb Crush: Ginnifer Goodwin

How did I never notice that Ginnifer Goodwin is just so darn cute?? I mean that last dress is a little "sack-y" but she is just so adorable it doesn't matter! I love that first dress by Camilla and Marc Alabama for a modern afternoon wedding, city hall wedding or reception dress.

Pretty Maids all in a Row

I love the colorful skirts on these bridesmaids. So preppy chic (and comfortable)!

Runway Bride

I was clicking through the latest Spring 2009 collections and liked a lot of what I saw. Glamourous and feminine without being overly foofy.

Lanvin Love

I'm not going to make anyone where matchy matchy outfits. My lovelies are all so stylin' so they can just figure it out on their own. BUT if I were going to enforce dress code it would be Lanvin all the way. And for that sneaky little lovely who found me - what do you think?
